• How long will it take for me to get my order?

I have a 4-6 week turnaround time. If you need it earlier than that, or by a specific date, send me an email and I can do my best to make it happen. Some items that have customization may require an additional week since I only have so many of each thing at a time. 

• Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you see a piece and want something changed on it, send me a message and I can see if it's something I can do.

• Are all your beads genuine?

Absolutely. I spend a lot of time sourcing high quality beads to use in my art. Please allow for some variations though, as patterns and colors will differ. 

• How do I take care of my jewelry?

Please refrain from getting your jewelry wet or sleeping with it on. This will speed up the tarnishing/wear and tear process. Tarnishing can be easily fixed by using a polishing cloth, or even an old t-shirt. With my stud earrings, wearing them in the shower/to sleep is not recommended. The steam may loosen the bonding agent I use. With my rings, prong settings are more delicate, but with proper care, should last a lifetime. I am not responsible for any damage or wear to my pieces since I am providing instructions for care. Please reach out if you have any questions! 

• What types of metals do you use?

Everything in my shop is 925 sterling silver, silver plated, gold filled, or gold plated. If you have any specific inquires regarding an item, please feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer any questions!
