All my jewelry is hand-made with love and care. No two pieces are alike. All my jewelry is sterling silver, silver plated, gold filled, or gold plated. If you encounter any issues with your pieces within 90 days of purchase, please contact me and I would be more than happy to discuss the issue with your jewelry.
I will not be issuing any returns, exchanges, or replacements. I do understand that there may be extenuating circumstances. If that’s the case, reach out to me and I would be happy to discuss your situation. However, this does not guarantee a refund, exchange, or replacement.

No refunds or returns on any lost packages, except in the case I send the wrong item. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to me and I will work with you to fix it. Please note that this does not include normal "wear and tear" on jewelry that occurs from daily wear. This only applies in the situation that the product arrives broken, or damaged. If that is the case, please make sure to take multiple pictures of the damaged item and reach out to me.
