Please note that i am currently working full time, as well as trying to juggle making jewelry. Orders are typically sent within 2-4 weeks from the time it was placed. I typically ship packages either Tuesday, or Friday. However, please allow for up to two weeks for delivery, because USPS is currently experiencing difficulties. It may take a few days for your tracking to be updated and processed. Once I have sent the item, it is officially out of my hands and no longer my responsibility. 

I do not offer returns, or replacements if your package is lost. The best solution is to go to your local post office and provide the tracking number and see if they are able to help. I would be more than happy to assist with the process if needed!
